We are thrilled to recognize Teresa Le, an exceptional 12th grader from Judson Early College Academy, as a Superintendent’s Shining Star. Teresa is an outstanding example of academic dedication, leadership, and service, and she continues to inspire both peers and staff with her commitment to excellence.

Teresa consistently prioritizes her academics and embraces challenging work with determination and focus. Beyond her own studies, she generously invests her time tutoring and mentoring her younger sister. This support reflects her genuine desire to uplift future JECA students and contribute to a stronger school community.

Her influence reaches beyond academics. During monthly class meetings, Teresa provides thoughtful input that helps shape school events and fosters a welcoming and unified class environment. She actively engages in class spirit by participating in discussions, offering ideas for mascots, Homecoming, Prom, and campus field trips, and purchasing class shirts to encourage involvement. Her enthusiasm helps create a positive atmosphere not only within her own class but also among underclassmen who look to her as a role model.

Teresa is also a natural peacemaker who approaches every situation with empathy, patience, and clarity. Her integrity, humility, and steady presence set a powerful example of what leadership looks like at JECA.

We are incredibly proud to honor Teresa for the kindness she shows, the leadership she models, and the meaningful impact she continues to make within the JECA community. Congratulations, Teresa. You are truly a Shining Star.
